Solid White Rigid PVC Board/(Polyvinyl Chloride Sheet is a versatile engineering plastic sheet with excellent performance. It is not a rigid foam board.
Featuring outstanding corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and ease of processing, solid rigid PVC sheet is widely used as an alternative to stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials in many industrial fields.

It is made from PVC resin, stabilizers, lubricants and other additives that are thoroughly mixed in a specific ratio. The mixture is then heated through low, medium and high temperature stages under high pressure, and finally cooled to produce a White Rigid PVC sheet with a smooth surface and uniform thickness.

Features:
1.  Excellent Mechanical Performance: High hardness, impact resistance and mechanical strength, making it ideal for structural components.
2.  Stable Chemical Properties: Good corrosion resistance to most inorganic acids, alkalis and salt solutions, highly suitable for chemical industry environments.
3. Flame-Retardant & Fire-Resistant:It is inherently flame-retardant with a Class B1 fire rating. It self-extinguishes upon removal from the flame and emits low smoke during combustion.
4. Reliable Electrical Insulation: It is an excellent insulating material for medium and low voltage applications.
5. Easy Processing: It features excellent post-processing performance. It can be cut with woodworking tools (saws, planes, drills) and also formed into complex-shaped products via thermoforming or welding (using PVC welding rods).

Normally for the order quantity less than 45 kgs, we send by Express;  from 45-200kgs we suggest to send by Air.  For Bulk order,we will send by Sea.  It all depends, we will compare and find the best solutions.
